I have been attending Del Mar to help with a hip injury and have had a great experience thus far. The staff is friendly, the center is very clean and well kept. Unlike other wellness centers, many of their services are researched, science-based methods of recovery that go much deeper than surface level. I had a wonderful experience at Del Mar Med Spa! Everyone was incredibly nice and friendly, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Damon at the front desk was so welcoming, always smiling and explaining everything in detail. I got Botox for my forehead with Nurse Lily, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m usually scared of injections, but she was amazing—I didn’t feel any pain at all! I also recently got Vitamin B and Vitamin D shots from Nurse Lily, and once again, she made the process easy and painless.
